Benefiting the RANCH Triangle Community Conservation Association, The Chill has helped to raise funds and awareness for parks, schools, charities and various outreach efforts in the neighborhood.

The RANCH Triangle Community Conservation Association was founded in 1963 to represent the residents and businesses within the borders of Racine, Armitage, North Avenue, the Chicago River, and Halsted. RANCH's mission is to advocate for and on behalf of its residents to improve and sustain a high quality of city life, including responsible development, equal access to city services, historic preservation, and public safety.
